Contrary to some belief, winter is a very important time to have your vehicle detailed. We all know it’s nice to enjoy your shiny paint, wheels, and glass when the sun is out without contaminants on their surfaces. Some of these contaminants include mud, road tar, grit, grime, salt, acid rain, and industrial fallout. When these surfaces are protected with wax, paint sealant or a ceramic coating most of the contaminants are repelled away from these surfaces. Any contaminants that are not repelled away are sticking to the protective products instead of the paint surface making them much easier to be removed than if your vehicle is not protected.
A vehicle without a fresh coat of wax, paint sealant or a ceramic coating is exposed to the brutality of the elements. Exposure to adverse conditions can doom your vehicle’s paint to oxidation, scratches, swirl marks and corrosion.
By the time summer rolls around, your vehicle’s paint is in bad shape. Your detailer will have to spend more time cleaning and polishing your vehicle costing you more money. It’s more cost-effective to maintain your exterior throughout the year; plus, you get the luxury of always having a clean car.

We hear this quite often. While having your vehicle detailed just once, in its lifetime, right before you sell it, may help a potential buyer’s first impression it will not change the fact that most likely, by this time, your vehicle has deteriorated, the interior will have some semi-permanent to permanent soiling, the exterior paint will have oxidized, and the clear coat damaged.
We can remove some of the stains inside and polish out most of the oxidation on the exterior paint. Unfortunately, your vehicle will never look as nice as if it had received regular detailing and preventative maintenance in the past. This means you’ll probably get much less than you’re asking for. If the clear coat is damaged, or peeling off, then the vehicle would have to be repainted. A high-quality paint job can cost several thousand dollars as opposed to a few hundred a year to properly maintain your vehicle’s factory finish.

Our Steam Clean Technology allows us to work smarter and efficiently. The heat of the steam breaks up most of soil, grease, and grime which will reduce the chemical consumption by up to 90%. The gentle pressure of steam works as an air compressor with a natural sanitizer built-in-one, no longer requiring an air compressor. Gentle, pure dry vapor steam penetrates the toughest and most delicate surfaces without the use of chemicals. A chemical-free, the purified cleaning process will avoid the health risks of inhaling chemical fumes as well as the time-consuming task of cleaning up chemical waste. Steam cleaning can be used both interior and exterior on all surfaces.

Not to be confused with standard body shops, where paint correction normally involves touching up paint and fixing rust, in the detailing world paint correction is the process through which paint contaminants, swirl marks, scratches and other defects are improved or removed from the paint surface. This reduces any dullness in the paint, making it more glossy and vibrant. Proper paintwork correction will level the paint to a safe degree and leave a deep, shiny surface, which many times rivals the look of a brand new paint job. Paint correction is followed by an application of high quality sealants and waxes to achieve optimal gloss and protection.

Simply put, yes. We suggest hand washes with proper, clean tools and materials every week or two, depending on driving frequency. Touchless automatic car washes are acceptable during winter months to simply rinse off all the salt and grime in the colder climates, such as we have in the Midwest. Otherwise, automatic car washes are very dirty places that see lots of traffic during the day and the dirt that they remove from the first car, is causing swirl marks on the second, third, and so on. Avoid all automatic car washes except a touchless rinse when necessary. Quality hand washes are the only way to keep paint in good condition, free of major swirl marks and other defects.
