1. Booking & Payments
1.1 Payment Requirement: Full payment is required prior to service commencement. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
1.2 Cancellations:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the appointment incur no fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% service charge.

Same-day cancellations or failure to provide vehicle access at the scheduled time will result in full payment forfeiture.
2. Weather & Rescheduling
2.1 Severe Weather: Services may be rescheduled at no cost if extreme conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snowstorms, hail) render service unsafe or ineffective. Interior-only services proceed in light rain.
2.2 Client-Requested Rescheduling: Subject to availability and the 24-hour cancellation policy (Section 1.2).
3. Service Satisfaction
3.1 Refunds: No refunds are issued after service completion.
3.2 Adjustments: Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We will address overlooked areas or defects at no additional cost, subject to evaluation. Discounts or rework are offered at our discretion.
4. Liabilities & Responsibilities
4.1 Pre-Existing Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing damage (e.g., scratches, stains, mechanical issues). A pre-service inspection may be conducted to document condition.
4.2 Valuables: Clients must remove personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items prior to service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
4.3 Accidental Damage: While rare, damage caused by our team during service will be remediated through our liability insurance. Immediate reporting is required.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or equipment failure. Affected appointments will be rescheduled promptly.
6. Governing Law
